Please double check that you have provided the correct shipping information during checkout. We create shipping labels directly from the information presented during checkout.
If you incorrectly entered your address during the checkout process, it will be "Returned to Sender" via post. For this reason you will be charged an additional fee before the corrections to your address will be made. You will be contacted regarding the cost of the return and reshipment of your order.
We do not “safe drop” orders, which means that we do not leave shipments at vacant locations.

It is important to us that you are satisfied with the items you receive. We now provide refunds for products that are returned within 7 days of the order date.
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund. If an item is defective or incorrect we require an image for the product and it will be eligible for full refund.
Please note that not all items are eligible for refunds. This includes (but is not limited to) face masks, perishable items, personal care products, cosmetics, all clearance items, and select sale items.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return. We are currently unable to accept returns.
All returned items must be returned in good condition in order to qualify for a refund.
We may require a photo of the product received to verify that it is eligible for a refund.
